Heads up sit and go advice

I started training on heads up sit-n-go's and I have some questions:
- I get different advices from different advisors in many situations. Is it better to follow the style of a specific advisor for this game format?
- I feel like the adviced play is very straighforward: almost always bet when having the best hand, no slowplaying, trapping or check-raising, almost always cbet the flop, very rare turn semi-bluffs or river bluffs. I would like to learn advanced concepts such as range protection (balancing), perceived hand ranges, adjusting to opponent playing style, etc... Is it possible to improve those skills with this training program?
- I am already a winning player at low stakes and I would like to train for mid/high stakes. Can this program bring me to that level? I would really appreciate the comments of a heads up sit-n-go expert about this.

Thanks!
