Good morning, I sent you two emails asking you about the money back guarantee and until this moment I do not receive any response from you, how many days do I have to wait to get an answer?

    Hi Charlie,
    I've already responded to you both times, and refunded your renewal payment 2 days ago - you can see it in your Paypal account. They also sent you a receipt for both the cancellation of the subscription and the refund. I think you might be having email problems - you may want to check that out.
