Pause Button

Is there a pause button? Sometimes after I have folded a hand there is some interesting action. I would like to pause the hand so that I can analyze the situation/action and make my guess as to what the player(s) have. Is there a way to do that?

We don't currently have anything like that. It sounds like you already have the 'zip to end' button unchecked since you are watching the play after folding. I can see the value in doing that. It's something we can add to a very long list of features that we would ideally have.

I'm a bit curious now. Who here does not keep Zip to End checked? I don't think I have ever watched the bots play out the hands except in testing it. Anyone else who likes to watch the bots play out the hands please post here and let me know. I'm always curious about how our members use the site.

I don't keep zip to end checked. The reason is that I want my practice sessions to be as similar to the real thing as possible. I'm afraid zip to end might lead me into some kind of bad habit.

Also, at least in my case, when I am playing live and an interesting hand or action starts to develop I like to follow the action and then to make my own guess about the likely holdings of the players involved.

I keep zip to end checked, but I will check Peek at End selectively if I want to see how bot decisions correlated with holdings. But I am not watching the bots play streets after I fold.

I believe that the issue with having just the Peek at End button is that the results are just to the point where you folded (i.e. if you folded on the flop, you don't see how the remaining players played the turn and, possibly, the river).

Right now I keep zip to end chekcs and uncheck it during a hand I want to watch. I use it in the easy games because there is not much to think about.

When "Zip-To-End" is NOT checked, the Bots have to play it out and that has an effect on the number of chips they have. For example, last night I played 1-2 and one of the bots had over $2k. I don't believe that if Zip-To-End had been checked it would have had that much.
