Converting $/hour losses to BB/100

In the weekly training plans it shows leaks and expresses them based on $ lost/hour in q $2/5 game. I'm used to seeing leaks expressed as X/100 hands. Is there a conversion factor I can apply to get the results in BB/100?

Thanks again. Having fun and trying to work out some kinks. Finding features and functions seemingly on a daily basis. Big fan of the Beat the Pro Challenges - not so much for the raw scores but more for hearing their thoughts on the hands I just played.

May have been easier if I just asked how many hands per hour are assumed in the calculation. Leave it to me to make the question more complicated than it needed to be.

It isn't really calculated that way. It really is just an estimate based on the severity of the problem. It isn't meant to be a precise estimate that can be converted to BB/100.

I do see your point - the $/hour depends completely on the number of hands/hr, and that varies greatly. I think we might be better off changing this to BB/100. I'll look into that.

    Hi Warlock,

I looked back at the actual computation and it is assuming 40 hands per hour.

I'm going to leave it displayed as-is in the training plan (because I think it helps to think of one's leaks in terms of an actual monetary cost).

Thanks Steve and Allen. As long as I know the #hands/hr. assumed, its all good. Actually I was hoping that the number would have been higher because then the leaks this site is pointing out wouldn't have been so big :)

Haha. Did I say 40? I meant to say 500 hands per hour
