Why do the values in My Reports differ from the Leaderboards?
You may have noticed your "My Reports" page showing a different number (for your ROI, BB/100, etc) than the Leaderboards. There are three possible reasons for this:
The default time period in the Leaderboards is "180 days with decay". This means that your most recent sessions count more than, say, your sessions from 150 days ago. The "My Reports" page has no such decay factor. This thread will tell you more about the decay factor.
You may have deleted some hands. Deleted hands still affect your Leaderboard rankings. It would be unfair if players could delete hands in which they lost a big pot in order to move up the Leaderboard. In contrast, deleted hands will no longer show up in your reports. If you want to delete hands to improve your reports, that's your choice.
You may be viewing ALL hands in your reports. On the My Reports page, there is a checkbox at the top of the screen that says "Show randomly dealts hands only". If you've unchecked this box, your reports will even show hands where you froze the button, or configured the software to deal a specific hand over and over. These hands will never show up in your Leaderboard rankings.
