Hi golden. I replied to you via email to help you diagnose the issue. I am not aware of any problem with the site.
For anyone else reading this who might have a problem with something, when you contact us please provide as much information as possible. Generic reports are impossible to help diagnose. Things that are generally helpful in diagnosing the causes of problems:
Very specifically which game you were using (e.g., live MTT vs. MTT with the bots, Cash game vs bots, etc.)
Any specific error messages you are getting, whether it is a Flash error, Windows notification, message from our game, green screen with no game loading for over a minute, etc.
Which browser and type of operating system you are using (e.g., Chrome on Windows 10; Safari on iPad running iOS 10.3.2, etc.)
Is there any specific event that seems to trigger the problem?
Sometimes, your reports can help detect bugs that have popped up in a game. Often, the issue is with something on your system or connection. The more info I have, the more likely it is that I can say, "Oh, I've seen that before, here's a solution."
A couple solutions that I've found that fix a huge majority of problems anyone is having:
1) Clearing the browser cache and reloading the game fixes most issues with the game vs. bots. On most browsers on Windows (IE, Firefox, Chrome) that can be done with a hard refresh on the page by clicking Ctrl-f5. On an iPad, settings->safari->clear history and cache. CMD-R will do a refresh on a Mac.
2) If you have a problem within one of the live tournaments, either being kicked out, not put at a table, etc., just leave the tournament and lobby entirely and come back in again.
