One of the players in my game brought it to my attention that the ring games seem to be showing all hands whenever there is a showdown, even the hands that should be mucked. For example, If Bob and John are in a hand, Bob, acting first, leads for half the pot on the river, then John calls, the system should show Bob's cards and muck John's, according to his auto-muck setting. However, it is not doing that, or at least was not when I just tested it again on a couple of my tables. It seems to show all hands, including writing them into chat.
I am wondering if this is a known issue. And I am also wondering if it is a new issue. I have not noticed it in the past. But I can't say it wasn't happening.

Thanks Allen. If it helps, we also saw the same issue on the public live games, specifically the SnGs.
We also tried unchecking the auto-muck box in our profile under table settings, thinking that would give us the opportunity to choose to muck or not muck on a hand-by-hand basis. However, the behavior of the software at showdown is the same. It just shows the cards. It doesn't give an option to muck if you are the losing hand and were not the aggressor.
Also wanted to let you guys know that I am available, along with some of my players, possibly, to help with testing, if that is needed.
Thanks for the offer. I'll communicate with you outside the forum about this.
