Play of bots vs real opponents
Hey guys,
I am a newer player and have never played poker in a live card room or online for real money. I've been an APT member for a few weeks now, and am already seeing a ton of improvement in my game. My question is, since I have yet to play against real opponents for real money, I can't compare the playing style of the bots vs the kind of opponents I will find in a real card room, and I don't want to show up to a card room eventually and get crushed because I'm only used to playing against bots. I win pretty consistently against the bots on most levels here now, but I don't want to pick up bad habits that would only work against the bots and then not work against real players.
Any answers or advice on how to best navigate this situation would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

The bots are designed to play like human opponents in card rooms. Depending on which card room you play at, you will find many players like both the low level and high level bots at most standard lower blind level live tables.
