What’s the formula to figure out how much I’m losing in rake ? Local casino takes 10% with a max limit of $7 at $1/$2

YEH I USE to play for a living .. paid like 2 to 3k a week in rake.
I play locally.. this one guy has a club we play some low stakes game on with no rake online which as been fun.
