Top 3 Betting

1st time trying this...
I'm having trouble figuring out how to bet in Top 3 Texas holdem.
I feel like I'm being picked apart. If I don't have great hands, then its easy to fold, but if the blinds get big, I'll be done pretty quick. Seems like you get aggressive and it's easy to loose it even quicker.
Any advice ?
