We're glad you are enjoying APT! I've also had to work on my aggression, and found using the site that has help entrench aggressive behaviors that I am sometimes sheepish about in live games - preferring to take the conservative route. If they become more solid habits, they then are easier to achieve live because the tentativeness gives way to the well-practiced skill. There is just no substitute for high volume practice in whatever area you are trying to improve on.
