Under Overview section of My Reports - do the arrows indicate my performance is trending down or up depending on the arrow direction?
Under "Last 24 Hours" the arrows are pointing down even though I have won over $ 9,000 and my skill winnings are even greater during the last 12 hours. I would think the arrows should show a trend upward.
What am I missing?

What you say is the general idea behind this, but it's really tough to know without digging into the database because so many things factor into this. The most common reason for something like this is that it only counts random hands - so if you were playing hands that were non-random, they won't count in that. But in general, it is a trend analysis that tracks your performance on random hands.
