Is there a way where users can decrease the luck factor in the hands they receive. The reason I ask this question because I ran a model of randomly distributed hands, board texture, etc. on excel, I am nowhere near the 49% winning hands on a normally distributed hands model. I understand there are various factors in winning a hand and fold equity is a substantial factor, but I believe its best to practice in the environment where poker Gods are against us.

I'm not quite sure what you mean because I don't see why getting worse luck (when you know you are going to get worse luck) would be helpful for practicing. If you are thinking about getting bad luck, you are likely to develop bad habits that will not allow you to maximize your winnings in the long run. Maybe explain a little more about what you mean and how this would be helpful.
