Making notes about players

Any guidance on effective info to capture on opponents ? This would apply to live games or even APT live play ( not online where they have HUD stats ). I did notice we have capability to keep notes on APT but don’t find guidance, videos on the subject.

Any useful links to websites or personal experience is appreciated
