Hello everyone,,

To the poker dealers of poker

can you support yourself on it? There was a hourly pay thing that I found online and it says the pay is barely above min. wage, how much do you realistically make in tips, and is it enough to live in an apartment by yourself?

Do you have to have certifications? I found dealer schools in Vegas that charge 1000 for a week long course. Is that normal? Is it mandatory? Do you have to re-certify every year? What should I be looking at in a school?

Do you enjoy it? and would you recommend it as a job??
